A pair of good strong sneakers of trekking boots (not slipper)
Long pants & cotton T-shirt (preferable with long sleeves)

Itinerary:

09.00 or 12.00: Pick up from hotel - Registration
09.30 or 13.30: Start of trekking through undisturbed nature and see the majestic giant rainforest trees, cross over rubber plantations, and a spring within the hills. Trekking takes you to the base on the other side of GunungBintan, ending the expedition through tropical fruit plantations.
12.30 or 16.30: Transfer back to Bintan Resorts
13.30 or 17.30: Arrive at hotel, Lunch or dinner at POO or village (optional)
