• Cancellation Policy:
• A non-refundable deposit of IDR 5 JT per person
• Cancel after race registration: 50% charge applies
• Cancel within 90 days before departure: 75% charge applies
• Cancel within 60 days before departure: Non-refundable
• Confirmed bookings are non-refundable but transferable latest by May 2026
• Family & friends may purchase package under 'Non-Runner' package subject to at least one guest being a runner
• Any unutilized services included in the above packages are non-refundable & non-transferable
