Day 2
Perth City & Fremantle Tour (B)

Breakfast at hotel. Perth City & Fremantle Tour (Morning Departs Daily ) No Hotel Drop Off (Tour conclude at Fremantle or Barrack Street Jetty).

A great taster tour taking in Perth and Fremantle, affording the opportunity to drive around these iconic cities with various stops. Starting in Perth, the tour takes in all major attractions of the revitalised Perth CBD, passing Western Australian Cricket Ground (WACA) and Optus Stadium. Then on to Kings Park Botanical Gardens, where you have the opportunity to view wildflowers or take in the stunning views from the war memorial looking back over the city skyline. Continue through the affluent Western Suburbs of Perth, known as Millionaire’s Row, passing by Cottesloe Beach where the Indian Ocean sparkles. Travel on into historic Fremantle, viewing the impressive facades of this heritage listed city including a brief stop.

To fully enhance and maximise your experience in Fremantle, we highly suggest you include a relaxing Swan River cruise back to Perth (optional). Alternatively, remain on the coach returning to Perth at approximately 12:30pm.

Note: This tour terminates at Barrack Street Jetty in Perth. Hotel drop offs are not included. Tour inclusions and itinerary are subject to variation due to road closures, events, road works or other factors beyond our control.

Day 3
Choose One of Four Full Day Tours (B,L)

Breakfast at hotel. Choose one of the SIC Full Day Tour below Including Picnic Lunch:

Option 1: Margaret River, Cave, Wine, Busselton Jetty Departs. (Departs Mon, Tue, Thur, Fr, Sa)

Travelling south we stop for morning tea (own expense) at the iconic Busselton Jetty, the longest timber jetty in the southern hemisphere. We continue south to the Margaret River Wine Region to enjoy lunch at a Margaret River brewery and a indulge in complimentary beer tastings. Next we head out to explore Mammoth Cave on a guided tour. Pass through the stunning Boranup Forest and be awestruck at the size of these massive Karri trees. Afterwards, visit Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse the diving point between the Southern and Indian Oceans. Visit a local winery, taste some of the very best wines of the region whilst gaining some insight in to the industry. Heading back towards Margaret River make a brief stop in the township where you have free time to stroll the main street. We break at a cafe for a light dinner (own expense) before returning home to Perth, arriving back approximately 9.30pm.

Option 2: Wave Rock, York, Wildflowers (seasonal) & Aboriginal Culture. (Departs Tue, Wed, Fri, Sun)

Journey through Western Australia’s wheatbelt to Hyden – home of Wave Rock, truly one of Australia’s most incredible natural landforms. Leaving Perth we head through the Perth Hills and escarpment and enter farming country. Heading east, we enjoy morning tea (own expense) at historic York, the first township founded in the Avon Valley. From there we travel the Wheatbelt Highway through the agricultural towns of Corrigin and Kondinin, through outback farming country. We are given a glimpse of Australian country life on passing by the infamous Dog Cemetery, a shrine to man’s best friend and an integral part of farming life.

Then visit Hippo’s Yawn, a rock formation which resembles a hippo yawning. We then break for an Aussie country style lunch at the Wildflower Shop. Whilst here, visit either a Wildlife Park, view a unique Antique Lace Collection – even featuring lace from Lady Diana, or visit the amazing Toy Soldier Museum. Then we move on to see the spectacular prehistoric rock formation of Wave Rock and sacred Aboriginal sites. Leaving Wave Rock we visit Mulka’s Cave.

We return to Perth with a comfort stop on the way, arriving at approximately at 8:30pm.

Option 3: 4WD Sand Dune/ Sand Boarding/ Koalas/ Pinnacles. (Departs Daily)* 

Stop off at Caversham Wildlife Park in the Swan Valley to view and take pictures with koalas and wombats as well as having the opportunity to hand feed the kangaroos.

Then it’s onwards along quiet back roads to Lancelin, a stunning coastal fishing down, famous for its impressive dunes.  One of the highlights of the tour involves 4-wheel driving over the vast sand dunes of Lancelin in custom built vehicles unique to Australian Pinnacle Tours. This is followed by the thrilling experience of downhill sand boarding over these constantly moving dunes. We travel up the Indian Ocean Drive to the lobster fishing town of Cervantes. Once here, enjoy a behind-the-scenes factory tour on the processing of Western Australia Rock Lobster, followed by our included fish and chips lunch, or why not upgrade to half a grilled lobster (at extra cost).

The second highlight of the tour; we venture into Nambung National Park to see the mystical Pinnacle Desert for an easy paced walk through the fascinating landscape, giving you the opportunity to really embrace this amazing and mystical place.

After an amazing day with the Pinnacle Desert, 4WD and sand boarding specialists, return to Perth down the Indian Ocean Drive arriving at approximately 7:30pm. (Tour not suitable for pregnant women, infant or people with back problem)

Option 4: Pinnacles, New Norcia Benedict History & Seasonal Wildflowers including fish and chip lunch (Departs Mon (Sep-May) & Thur (Sep-Nov)

Travelling through the Swan Valley, we arrive at New Norcia, home to Australia’s only Benedictine Abbey. A little piece of Spain comes alive in this town, full of history, art and architecture.

Hear the local history before viewing the chapel and museum artefacts gifted to the monastery by Popes and Royalty of Spain. Visit the famous Benedictine Community with a guided tour of the town and main sites including the museum and art gallery where you will find extraordinary artefacts dating back to when New Norcia was an Aboriginal mission.

Next we move on to the Abbey Church; home to one of only two large Moser organs, originally crafted in Germany. This is followed by a visit to St Gertrude’s College, a grand gothic style building which was originally built as a girls boarding school and opened in 1908. We then visit a produce shop selling olive oil, fruit, wine, New Norcia nut cake and breads, before enjoying a delicious lunch.

We continue on for an easy paced walk through the mystical Pinnacles Desert and see the Pinnacles from the lookout over the park. If time permits make a visit to the Pinnacles Desert Discovery Centre.

Return to Perth down the Indian Ocean drive arriving at approximately 7:30pm.

Day 4
Perth Departure (B)

Breakfast at hotel. Free time for leisure. Check-out hotel. Join Transfer from hotel to Perth Airport. End of service.
