Day 1 Arrive Shanghai | Fri, 04 Dec 2026

Upon arrival at Shanghai Pudong International Airport, make your own way to the hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is at your leisure. You can also go to the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center (850 Bocheng Road) (TBC) on your own to register and pick up your race pack (pick up time 9.30 to 19.30) (TBC).

Day 2 Shakeout Run (B) | Sat, 05 Dec 2026

Free time is at your leisure. Join our morning Shakeout Run. BIB collection at the race expo (Own arrangement). Don't forget to complete your registration and pick up your race pack for tomorrow's race. The pickup time is from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM (TBC). Please bring a identity document (Passport) for pickup.

Day 3 Race Day (B) | Sun, 06 Dec 2026
|
Get ready for the big day! The race is scheduled to start at 7:00 AM (TBC). Please arrive at The Bund Bull Plaza at least one hour before the flag-off. The finish line is located at Xujiahui Sports Park. After the race, you may make your way back to the hotel at your own leisure. See you at the finish!

Day 4 Depart Shanghai (B) | 07 Dec 2026

Enjoy your free time until your hotel check-out. Afterward, please make your own way to the airport. Thank you for traveling with us, and we hope to see you at another marathon soon!

- Daily Breakfast: Single Occupancy is for 1 person per room; Twin Share is for 2 people per room.
- The itinerary is subject to change. Yuktravel reserves the right to modify the final itinerary as needed.
- Marathon entries are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) per person, based on an estimated USD to IDR exchange rate. The final exchange rate will be determined at the time of payment, and Yuktravel reserves the right to adjust prices accordingly.
- Guaranteed Entry: As an official travel partner, we are pleased to offer guaranteed entry to the 2026 Shanghai Marathon. You may secure your race entry by purchasing one of our Runner Packages.
- Supporter Packages: Family, friends, or runners who have already secured their own 2026 Shanghai Marathon registration may purchase our "Accommodation/Supporter Packages”.
- Roommate Matching: For runners booking a Twin Share package and requesting a roommate, we will assist in finding a match based on availability. However, if no roommate is found by the deadline, a Single Occupancy surcharge will apply.
- Any unutilized services included in the packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Terms of Payment
- A 50% deposit is required upon booking.
- The remaining 50% (final payment) must be settled by JULY 2026.
- Cancellation Policy
- Non-Refundable Fee: IDR 1,000,000 per person
- Cancellation after the registration link is shared: 50% cancellation fee of the total package price.
- Cancellation after race registration is completed: 75% cancellation fee of the total package price.
- Cancellation within 75 days of departure: 100% non-refundable (Total package price).
